Remote diagnostics without TeamViewer — Nexma agent (NEXMA)

Browser-based remote sessions with audit trails—the Nexma agent alongside Microsoft 365.

Remote support without risky shortcuts

Remote support often drifts to third-party tools or credential handoff—both raise security and compliance concerns. Intune Remote Help helps but can be constrained by licensing and scenarios.

What security teams expect

  • Strong session identity and the ability to terminate sessions.
  • Audit logs: who connected to which device and for how long.
  • Reduced attack surface—no shared “support password.”

Nexma agent

The Nexma agent (MeshCentral-based) exposes desktop and PowerShell sessions from the browser with actions recorded in NEXMA. Admins avoid consumer-grade remote clients and password handoff outside your identity perimeter.

Technical rollout plan

  1. Define mandatory agent coverage (for example field sales laptops).
  2. Agree user consent for remote sessions and support hours.
  3. Test network paths including VPN, proxy, and segmentation.
